ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 10 paying dancers per event (unique, not combined)

• Must attend one Embody + one SOUL DE SOUL regional event during the 25–26 season

• Dancers must be fully registered and paid prior to event weekends

• Credit applied only after both events are attended and paid in full, dependent upon both events reviewing eligibility criteria. 

• Credit valid for ONE YEAR to use in any 2026–2027 season event

Credit is non-transferable and must be used by the earning studio

We love and support all dancers on their journey — but this particular program is designed exclusively for studios. The SOULBODY Partnership Program was created to honor the commitment studios make in building meaningful seasons for their dancers, and to support the unique role they play in shaping the future of our industry.

To request the Partnership Credit, the studio must fill out the SOULBODY Partnership Program form.

By submitting this form, both Embody Dance Conference and SOUL DE SOUL Dance Convention will be notified of your studio’s request for Partnership Program eligibility. Studios are welcome to submit in advance of attending both events as a way to express their commitment — however, official qualification and credit will only be awarded after both events have been attended and all requirements are verified and fulfilled.

To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved, the following terms apply to the 2025–2026 Studio Partnership Program:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Studio must attend both Embody Dance Conference and SOUL DE SOUL Dance Convention during the 2025–2026 season.

• A minimum of 10 paying dancers must be registered and paid in full for each event.

• Dancers must be affiliated with the same studio at both events for the studio to qualify.

• Only one credit may be applied per studio, per season.

STUDIO RESPONSIBILITY

• It is the sole responsibility of the studio to track their eligibility and request review.

• To request the Partnership Credit, the studio must fill out the SOULBODY Partnership Program form. Eligibility will be determined after the studio attends both events, and after qualifications are met.

• Requests must be submitted no later than 30 days after the second event has occurred.

• Failure to initiate contact or meet deadlines may result in forfeiture of credit, regardless of eligibility.

CREDIT ISSUANCE

• A total of $500 in partnership credit will be awarded — $250 from each event company — and applied as a credit on the studio’s account for use during the 2026–2027 season.

• Credits will be issued after both events are completed and all balances are paid in full.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Credit may be applied to registration fees for the following season’s event.
  
  

VERIFICATION & VALIDITY

• Both companies reserve the right to verify attendance and dancer counts prior to issuing any credit.

• Credits will be applied only if all criteria are met. Failure to meet requirements at either event voids the credit in full.

• Studios must be in good financial standing with both companies to redeem credit.
  
  

OTHER TERMS

• Participation in the Partnership Program does not guarantee acceptance into future events, which are subject to availability, capacity, and company discretion.

• Policies and terms are subject to change at the discretion of Embody Dance Conference and SOUL DE SOUL Dance Convention. Any changes will be communicated in writing.
